      Welcome to a very special holiday home! This house can accommodate 18 people and has a total of seven bedrooms. Grenå enjoys a beautiful location on the nose of Djursland and is close to a number of ferry connections. The surrounding area is characterised by beautiful hills and idyllic beaches.

      If you are keen on wellness and relaxation then this summer house is just the ticket. Inside you will find an indoor whirlpool and an inviting sauna. You can also take a dip in the 18 m2 swimming pool with slide, counter-current system and Roman steps.

      The activity room is brimming with games to play together. You will find everything from pool and table tennis to table football and darts. You can also relax in front of the TV or play a game on the PlayStation. The bar in the corner has its own fridge.

      In the kitchen/living space you can relax by the cosy wood-burning stove or simply slouch back on the sofa and watch some TV. From the long dining table you can follow all the goings-on in the pool. The kitchen is large and well equipped with both an extra dishwasher and oven.

      The seven bedrooms are located at both ends of the house so you can retreat back into your own private sphere after a fun-filled day. There are three bathrooms in total.

      There is plenty of space for fun and games outside as well. The summer house has a partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Plus you will also find a sandbox, swing, play tower and trampoline for younger guests to enjoy.

      This is a great house for gathering the whole gang together under one roof to celebrate birthdays, confirmations or other special events. There is plenty of space for everyone to sit together but you will also have the option to spread out across different rooms all depending on whether you want to play, swim, game or simply chill out in front of the TV.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
