      The house welcomes guests with its bright and spacious open-plan kitchen and living area – the heart of the home where guests can cook and mingle. And while the pots simmer away in the kitchen, the rest of the group can gather on the sofas and enjoy a good film, and the youngest guests can have fun with the large collection of Duplo in the house.

      Or why not cut loose in your very own private pool area where guests of all ages can enjoy hours of fun and relaxation? The pool has a built-in counter-current system so you can choose between working out or simply enjoying some games in the water. The activity room offers plenty of entertainment for all – from table football and table tennis to PlayStation, billiards and darts. Competitive groups could even start up a family tournament, or if that sounds too intense – simply play for the fun of it.

      Well-being also awaits outside in your very own wellness space complete with outdoor whirlpool, outdoor sauna and an invigorating outdoor shower. A patio heater is installed by the covered cosy nook on the terrace so you can extend your evening enjoyment. The kids can enjoy a bit of outdoor play on the trampoline, the play tower or the petanque court, while the adults chill out on the large terrace which has comfy garden furniture and even a barbecue for evening meals outdoors.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
