      This summer house for up to 18 people is located within comfortable walking distance from a gorgeous beach.

      The house is about a ten minute drive away from the charming town of Faaborg where you will find quaint little streets lined with fairytale timber frame houses, cafés, good eateries, a port and independent shops.

      If you enjoy a reinvigorating dip in the water then this summer house is just the ticket no matter the season. It has an 18 m2 indoor swimming pool with Roman steps and water slide. Splash and swim to your heart’s content. Or if relaxation and well-being are more your style, spend a moment of serenity in the exquisite whirlpool or the warming sauna.

      The summer house has a large activity room where you can compete and play to your heart’s content. You can play billiards, table tennis, darts, table football or have a go on the PlayStation 4. The activity room also has a home bar with fridge where players and spectators can enjoy a cold drink. At the heart of this summer house you will find a bright and inviting kitchen/living space where all in the house can gather.

      There is space for all 18 guests around the large dining table. The stylish kitchen is equipped to cook for all guests. There are two dishwashers, two sinks, two cookers/ovens and plenty of space in the fridge and the freezer. Not far from the wood-burning stove is a cosy sofa area with a TV. This summer house is well suited for multiple families who all want to holiday under the one roof.

      Sleeping accommodation is spread across two distinct sleeping quarters each with their own bathroom and four or three double rooms respectively. The remaining four spots are located up in the loft via the activity room (best suited for kids).

      The summer house has three bathrooms in total. There is plenty of space for fun and games outside as well.

      The house has a nice and partially covered terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. The garden has a Panna court, swing set, sandbox and in-ground trampoline for younger guests to enjoy.

      There are shops in Horne which is around a five minute drive from the house. There is an outlet for charging hybrid/electric cars (CEE 400V/16A).

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
