      Close to the beautiful beaches on the island of Langeland lies this summer house which makes a great place to relax with friends and family in both summer and winter alike.

      The house was built by Skanlux and has a great pool room with a 19 m2 pool with counter-current system, a whirlpool for 4–6 people and a sauna. If you want yet more activity, then this house has an activity room where you will find billiards/table tennis, table football, a PlayStation 3 and darts. There is also a cosy bar with a fridge where you can mix up some drinks to enjoy as you play.

      The living room is directly connected to the kitchen which is comfortable and well appointed with dining area and a lounge space with TV and wood-burning stove. You will find plenty of space for up to 18 people to eat and have a good time together.

      This summer house is ideal for shared holidays between several families, as it has two distinct sleeping quarters with separate bathrooms. Weather permitting, enjoy your dinner or morning coffee on the large terrace and watch on as the little ones among you play in the sandbox, the swings or on the large grounds that surround the house.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
