Lovely summer home for up to 30 people with outdoor multi-purpose court

Welcome to this fantastic holiday home – a Skanlux holiday home located only approx. 800 m from Skåstrup Strand on North Funen. The water at the excellent Blue Flag beach is very calm and extremely well suited for families with children. Jump in from the jetty in the summers and in the springtime you will find the area is especially good for wade fishing. Check out a video presentation of the holiday home here.

The natural meeting point(s) in this house are the activity room and the well appointed combined living and dining space. Both rooms have comfortable sofa areas where you can relax around the TV, read a book or play one of the many board games on offer.

The activity room has a home bar with its own fridge while the living room has a wood-burning stove for chillier days.

The living space also has a built-in projector, a mounted screen, a white board and a flip chart. This makes the house ideal for corporate events and meetings.

The large and beautiful kitchen has plenty of space and is practically furnished with an XL induction hob and two sinks, fridges, dishwashers, ovens, coffee machines, etc. The house also has a large freezer as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.

In one wing of the house you can both soak and swim in the 23 m2 pool with water slide, Roman steps and counter-current system. Or if it’s complete relaxation you’re after, enjoy the large and exquisite whirlpool or the sauna.

In the activity room, you will find ample opportunity to indulge your competitive streak. Hours of entertainment await in the form of billiards, table tennis, darts, table football and the PlayStation 4.

Sleeping accommodation is spread across four distinct areas each with one bathroom and three twin bedrooms. The remaining six guests can sleep across the two lofts.

The large south-facing terrace invites you to enjoy many hours of sunshine and cherished moments together. You will find no shortage of seating across sofas, dining tables and sun loungers. The house has two Weber kettle barbecues with associated equipment and a gas grill.

Outdoors you will have ample opportunity to get your heart rate up! This house is one of the first holiday homes in Denmark to boast a large multi-purpose court and playground which is situated between the two properties and thus shared with the neighbours. This fantastic area is built and designed by industry-leader HAGS, naturally with great consideration for safety. It is an area with something for everyone. From swing sets, a play castle with slides and a climbing frame to the large and versatile multi-purpose court. The court has an astroturf pitch and can be used for football, basketball, football tennis, volleyball and badminton.

Located between the court and the playground are several tables and benches where you can enjoy a picnic or a refreshment. In addition to this shared area, you will also find an in-ground trampoline in your own garden.

The summer house is located about a ten minute’s drive away from the old market town of Bogense where you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, cafés and restaurants plus a cosy marina and harbourfront. If you are a keen golfer, the H.C. Andersen Golf Course is just a few minutes outside of Bogense which has a pay-and-play beginner course for company events and family fun.

Naturally there is free wireless internet in the house.

Electric cars can be charged via the high voltage outlet or the Tesla charger in front of the main entrance.
