      The house has been designed with a focus on both functionality and comfort. The seven bedrooms are conveniently divided across two different sections, with a bathroom in each, providing plenty of space for both togetherness and privacy. The cosy loft is also great for kids and teens who want their own space to unwind. The heart of this home is the large open-plan kitchen and living room where the whole group can gather to cook meals, play games or simply chill and spend time together. The well-appointed XL kitchen boasts two ovens, two dishwashers and a wine fridge, making all meals a true pleasure to serve, no matter whether it's a big dinner or just a quick lunch. The wood-burning stove in the lounge provides a cosy atmosphere that is just perfect for unwinding after an active day.

      The house is brimming with facilities to make your stay both fun and relaxing.       How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
