The property is specially designed to host large families and friend groups, offering space for up to 20 people across its eight well-appointed bedrooms, which are nicely divided up into three bedroom areas, plus four modern bathrooms for your comfort. It is quite simply the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a break in comfortable surroundings.

      One of the highlights of the summer house is its impressive pool area, where kids and adults alike can swim in the heated water or whoosh down the water slide. You’ll find no shortage of ways to create that cosy holiday feeling when staying at this property. Even rainy days will be bursting with fun in this house! The well-equipped activity room provides hours of fun and competition for guests of all ages. Here, you can go head to head in billiards, table tennis, darts and table football, or simply kick back with a cold drink from the bar with fridge.

      When it comes time to eat, you can gather together in the spacious common area which has a long dining table with room for everyone. The kitchen is an XL kitchen in size and features two ovens, two fridges and two dishwashers, making food preparation a breeze, even when cooking for large numbers. Outdoors, you can enjoy the exquisite wooden terrace which is kitted out with an outdoor whirlpool, outdoor shower and sauna – perfect for unwinding in the fresh air. The terrace is also covered in one part, so you can continue to enjoy the outdoors in the shade from the sun or sheltered from the rain.       How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
