The large living room is the natural gathering point of the house. The stylish XL kitchen is designed for many hands and large meals and is open to the dining area and living room. There is plenty of space around the long table, while the sofa area invites relaxation, games, and pleasant conversations.

The activity room provides the setting for fun and competition. Here you can compete in billiards, darts, table football, and table tennis, while the bar creates a relaxed atmosphere for both players and spectators. It is the perfect room for long evenings of laughter, small tournaments, and socializing across generations.

The pool room is a sure hit—especially for the kids. The indoor pool with slide allows for play and water fun regardless of the season, while adults can enjoy a quiet swim or watch from the edge.

The holiday home has 8 rooms and 4 sleeping places in the loft – ideal for children and young people and can accommodate 20 people. With 4 bathrooms, there is plenty of comfort, even when the house is fully booked.
