      A super cosy luxury holiday home built by Skanlux, ideal for great holidays all year round. The holiday home is located in Krakow am See in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Located on the shores of the Krakower See, one of the oldest health resorts in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, this is the perfect travel destination for young and old. The varied landscape, with its lush green meadows and idyllic lakes, offers a variety of opportunities for outdoor activities and both physical and mental relaxation.

      This holiday home comfortably sleeps up to 16 people across the six double bedrooms and the converted loft (which sleeps four – best suited for children).

      In this luxury holiday home, you will find a wide range of entertainment. It has its own swimming and bathing area with a swimming pool and counter-current system, as well as a water slide, sauna and whirlpool. Water lovers of all ages can bathe here for hours.

      The holiday home’s activity room offers a great range of games: Billiards, table football, table tennis and darts. Guests of all ages will simply be amazed! Should the competitions get a bit too heated, you can refresh yourself with drinks and snacks at the bar, which even has its own fridge, and replenish your energy for another round of fun.

      The luxury holiday home offers a cosy combined kitchen/living area. From the dining table, you have a view of the pool and the comfortable sofa corner with TV. Here you can relax with a glass of wine while watching the amateur chefs among you whip up a storm. The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing food for the whole group easy.

      The holiday home has three bathrooms.
      The outdoor area is beautiful as well. A covered terrace with patio furniture invites you to enjoy sunny days outside. Fire up the BBQ on the large terrace and enjoy a great evening during your well-deserved holiday.

      Please note that tourists over 16 years of age in Krakow am See must pay a tourist tax, which will be deducted from the deposit upon settlement. The price is € 1.50 per day in high season (start April to end September) and € 0.50 EUR per day in low season (start October to end March).

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
