      Welcome to this large and spacious holiday home located in the holiday resort area of Olpenitz (under construction) on the east coast of Schleswig-Holstein, Northern Germany.

      The property has plenty of space for up to 24 people and many different activities on offer within its four walls.

      The summer house has an exquisite pool room where you can both enjoy a swim and a spot of relaxation. Soak and splash in the 20 m2 swimming pool with Roman steps and water slide or simply unwind in the bubbling whirlpool or the heat of the inviting sauna.

      The pool house also has a large activity room with lots of activities and games on offer for a fun and active break no matter the time of year. Here you can play billiards, table tennis, table football, darts or the PlayStation 4. It is also in the activity room that you will find the summer house’s very own bar with fridge.

      The large kitchen/dining space has ample room for all guests to gather together and enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal. The kitchen is well equipped to make cooking for many people easier and has two ovens/cookers, two dishwashers, two sinks and no shortage of fridge and freezer space. Also in the kitchen/living room is a sofa corner with TV close to the wood-burning stove.

      There are three distinct sleeping quarters in this pool house, each with three double bedrooms and a bathroom which makes this property a good option for several families holidaying under the one roof. There is also a loft which sleeps six (best suited for kids). The house has a total of four bathrooms.

      Outdoors there is plenty of space for play, relaxation and barbecues on the large and partially covered terrace. Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
