      Holiday home no. 707 is a luxurious and inviting summer house with plenty to keep you busy and ample space for all the family. The property enjoys a superb location in the new resort development of Olpenitz close to the town of Kappeln in Northern Germany – just an hour away from the border with Denmark (the area is still under development). In total this pool house can accommodate up to 20 people and three pets.

      There is simply no limit to just how much time kids of all ages can play in the activity room which has billiards, table tennis, table football, darts and a PlayStation 4. Here you will also find the summer house's very own bar with fridge so you can pour some cold refreshments for both players and spectators.

      Another popular area in this holiday house is the indoor pool room, where you will find a large swimming pool with water slide, counter-current system and Roman steps. Not to mention an exquisite whirlpool and a warming sauna for moments of pure relaxation.

      At the heart of the house is the large kitchen and living space which is a natural meeting point for all the guests. The stylish kitchen is well equipped and has two dishwashers, two cookers, two sinks and plenty of fridge and freezer space to make cooking for many people a pure breeze.

      The long dining table has ample space for all 20 guests to gather and enjoy a delicious meal together. Also in this room is a comfy sofa area around the television as well as a wood-burning stove.

      The eight bedrooms are spread across three separate wings of the house with three, two and three bedrooms in each area respectively. Plus there is also a loft which sleeps four (best suited for kids). Each bedroom section of the house has its own bathroom which makes this home a comfortable option for multiple families holidaying under one roof. The house has a total of four bathrooms.

      Summer fun is practically guaranteed out on the terrace. Here you will find garden furniture for all the guests and a barbecue where you can prepare food on summer evenings. For the kids there is a swing and a sandbox. Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
