      This is a large summer house big enough to accommodate 12 people yet still with plenty of charm and cosy spaces. The house is located in Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea in Northern Germany and close to the charming and interesting town of Kappeln (the area is still under development).

      Here you will find many different activities which guarantee a good and entertaining holiday no matter the time of year. Among other things, you can swim in the swimming pool with water slide, Roman steps and counter-current system or simply relax in the whirlpool or sauna.

      Playful spirits will enjoy the popular activity room which has a billiards/table tennis table, table football, darts and a PlayStation 4.

      The cosy living room has both a long dining table with room for all 12 guests and a sofa corner with a television close to the wood-burning stove which can keep you nice and toasty on colder days. Connected to the living space is the summer house’s kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals for all the gang.

      Sleeping accommodation is spread across five double bedrooms and a loft which sleeps two (best suited for kids). There are two bathrooms in the house.

      The house has a tiled terrace where you can relax in comfy garden furniture and go all out on the barbecue. Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
