      Located in the newly built Ostsee Resort Olpenitz (area still under construction) close to the North German town of Kappeln is where you will find this delightful holiday home for up to 18 people.

      The house is brimming with things to do and everything you need for a fun and comfortable holiday. There is plenty of space for the whole family and your four-legged companion is naturally also welcome to join.

      Even on winter days you will be able to enjoy the water in this holiday house as it has its very own swimming pool with water slide, Roman steps and a counter-current system. Not to mention a six-person whirlpool and an inviting sauna.

      The activity room is the perfect place to play and unleash your competitive side. Here you will find billiards, table tennis, table football, darts and a PlayStation 4. From the bar in the corner you can keep an eye on the games while nursing a cold drink straight from the fridge.

      Over in the large kitchen/dining space you will find a well-equipped kitchen with two sinks, two cookers/ovens, two dishwashers and ample fridge/freezer space. From the long dining table with space for 18 people you will be able to follow all the goings-on in the pool. The holiday home also has a cosy sofa area in front of the television and close to the lovely wood-burning stove.

      The summer house has seven double bedrooms spread across two distinct sleeping quarters with a bathroom in each area, making this house the perfect choice for two families wanting to holiday under the same roof. In addition, the loft can also sleep up to four people (best for kids). The summer house has three bathrooms in total.

      Outdoors there is plenty of space on the partially covered terrace. Here you will find garden furniture and a barbecue. Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
