      This summer house is built by Skanlux and is both supremely spacious and well dimensioned. The house is located close to the newly developed Ostsee Resort Olpenitz by the German town of Kappeln – and not far from a stunning beach (the area is still under development). Northern Germany is home to many exciting attractions, beautiful nature and quaint town life.

      The heart of this summer house is its large kitchen and living space decorated with stylish furniture and a well-appointed kitchen. Here you will find two dishwashers, two sinks, two cookers, two ovens and lots of fridge/freezer space. Plus a wood-burning stove to keep you toasty on colder days.

      The activity room is a sure-fire hit for playful souls of all ages! Here you will find billiards, table tennis, table football, darts and a PlayStation 4. From the bar in the corner you can keep an eye on the games while you enjoy a cold drink from the fridge.

      The vacation rental has its own wellness and swimming area for proper holiday indulgence. Take a dip in the swimming pool with water slide and Roman steps, or relax in the bubbling whirlpool. You will also find the home’s sauna in this section.

      The holiday home sleeps up to 24 guests across three distinct wings each with three double bedrooms and a bathroom. The remaining six guests can sleep up in the loft (best suited for kids).

      The pool house has four bathrooms in total. Outdoors you can barbecue on the terrace. Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
