Attractive summer house with pool and activity room for up to 18 people on the Baltic coast in Germany.

The summer house is located in the resort area of Olpenitz by the Baltic sea and not fat from the picture-perfect town of Kappeln at the Schlei inlet (the area is still under development). Many attractive day-trip destinations in the area mean fun holiday experiences are pretty much guaranteed. In addition to Kappeln, you can also visit Arnis, the smallest town in Germany. Or how about a visit to the Viking Museum Hedeby or the amusement park Tolk-Schau?

The spacious summer house can accommodate up to 18 guests and three pets. The holiday home actually has two separate bedroom areas with a bathroom in each section, making it a great choice for two families who want to holiday together on the Baltic Sea while still retaining some privacy. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower and WC. The smaller sleeping area has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms and the area is located by the entrance to the holiday house.

Behind the activity room is where you will find the larger bedroom area which has one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms. The loft can also sleep up to four more people and is best suited for children.

The modern kitchen with kitchen island is equipped with two cookers, two sinks and two dishwashers so you will have no trouble cooking for up to 18 people and won’t have to worry about dirty dishes cluttering up the kitchen. The long dining table has plenty of space for everyone to gather and also has a nice view out over the summer house terrace. The terrace is furnished and partially covered, so you can use the house barbecue in all kinds of weather. The bright living space with comfy sofa corner, satellite TV and fireplace has everything you need for cosy evenings in.

Not even bad weather can put a dampener on the holiday mood in this summer house on the Baltic Sea given that it contains an exciting and entertaining activity room. Here you can play billiards, table tennis or table football, and there is also an electronic darts board and a PlayStation 4. Spectators will also be well looked after as the activity room has its very own bar with integrated fridge so there will always be a nice cold drink within reach.

The undisputed highlight of the summer house, however, is without a doubt the wellness and swimming area. The 18 m2 pool with Roman steps and water slide, plus a sauna and a whirlpool, provide the ultimate holiday set-up with equal parts action and relaxation depending on the mood of the day. Plus the wellness and swimming area also has a third bathroom which has all the same facilities as the other two.

On sunny days the garden is sure to be a hit especially with younger guests. While the children play in the garden the adults can enjoy a relaxed brunch on the terrace, perhaps with local delicacies from the Baltic region. Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.
