Holiday home for 18 people on the Baltic Sea with pool and activity room

Close to the northern German town of Kappeln and off the Baltic coast lies the resort area of Olpenitz (area is still under development) and this fantastic summer house. There is no shortage of things to do on a trip to the Baltic Sea – visit the Hedeby Viking Museum, the Tolk-Schau Amusement Park or Arnis, the smallest town in Germany. The town of Kappeln by the Schlei inlet boasts quaint little streets and is well worth a visit. In summer, the bathing beach at Olpenitz is just great for beach days by the Baltic Sea. And even in winters you can still enjoy the water thanks to the summer house’s large pool.

The spacious summer house can accommodate up to 18 guests and three pets. In addition to the seven bedrooms there is also a loft with four mattresses. The bedrooms are spread across two distinct wings of the house. One of the areas has a double bedroom and three twin bedrooms while the other has one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Each of the two areas has its own bathroom with shower and WC. So you will not have to share a bathroom with anybody but the members of your own family during your holiday on the Baltic Sea even when holidaying together with several families or couples.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped: It has two sinks, dishwashers and cookers plus plenty of space in both the fridge and the freezer. So you can buy enough ultra-fresh fish from the Baltic Sea to feed 18 people and keep everything nice and chilled under cooking time. Holiday meals can be enjoyed around the inviting dining table by the modern kitchen island or out on the summer house's furnished and partially covered terrace. On the terrace you can prepare evening meals on the barbecue and enjoy a sumptuous dinner under the open sky.

The exquisite holiday home is well equipped with a versatile activity room for guests of all ages. Here you can challenge the other guests to a game of billiards, table tennis or table football while younger guests have a go on the holiday home’s very own PlayStation 4. Plus you can also play a game of darts or relax at the cosy bar which comes complete with its own fridge.

The undisputed highlight of the summer house, however, is without a doubt the wellness and swimming area. Here you can splash and swim in the 18 m2 pool with Roman steps and water slide. Or if you feel more like taking it easy than being active you may prefer the luscious sauna or whirlpool. Perfect for recharging your batteries. In addition, the wellness and swimming area also has a third bathroom which like the others also has a shower and a WC.

The bright and inviting lounge area beckons you to enjoy cosy evenings in front of the TV, relaxing afternoons with a book in hand or a good snack. Make yourself comfortable in a sofa or armchair and simply enjoy the warmth of the crackling fireplace!

Close to the holiday home, you will find a large playground.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.
