      Welcoming summer house with pool in Olpenitz in Northern Germany

      This beautiful and spacious summer house is located in the resort area of Olpenitz in Schleswig-Holstein, Northern Germany. The location is just one hour from the border with Denmark and in a resort area which is close to the beach and local shops.

      The summer house can accommodate up to 18 guests and three pets. Sleeping accommodation is spread across seven bedrooms and a loft above the activity room which sleeps four (popular among kids and teens).

      The activity room is brimming with games and countless hours of fun together. Here you will find both billiards and table tennis. You can also go head to head in a game of darts or table football. From the bar in the corner of the activity room, spectators can keep an eye on the players and enjoy a cool drink straight from the fridge.

      Even if dark clouds are gathering overhead, you can still enjoy a swim here! The house has its very own 18 m2 indoor swimming pool with Roman steps and water slide. There is also an inviting hot tub and a warming sauna. The kitchen/dining room is located at the heart of the home and from the dining table you will have a view of all the goings-on in the pool.

      Naturally the kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers and ovens to make it easier to cook for multiple people. You also have the option to fire up the wood-burning stove and sink into the sofa with the TV on or a good book in hand.

      From the kitchen/living space you will have access to the tiled terrace where guests of all ages and even pets can relax and have fun. The area has both garden furniture and a barbecue so you can cook pleasant summer meals to enjoy outside. The summer house has three bathrooms.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
