      24-person holiday home with pool in Olpenitz, Northern Germany

      This holiday home is located in beautiful surroundings and just an hour’s drive from the border with Denmark. The house has ample space for up to 24 people wanting to holiday under the same roof and spend heaps of time together with lots of exciting and entertaining things to do. The large and spacious activity room is simply made for fun and competition. Go head to head in a game of table tennis, table football or darts. Also on offer are the PlayStation 4 (remember to bring games) or billiards. In the corner of the activity room you will find a home bar with fridge and bar stools.

      Another popular space in this house is the large pool room where you will be able to enjoy a refreshing swim no matter the time of year. The swimming pool is 20 m2 and has a water slide and Roman steps which make it easier to get in and out of the water. Holidays are all about relaxation and what better way to unwind than in the bubbling whirlpool or warming sauna.

      The house sleeps 24 people across three distinct wings. Each with its own bathroom. The house has four bathrooms in total. Double bedrooms can accommodate 18 of the guests while the remaining six can sleep in the loft (popular with kids and teens).

      The large living and dining space is at the heart of the summer home and has room for all guests to gather around a shared meal which can be prepared in the large XL kitchen. XL means there are two dishwashers, ovens, fridges and sinks. The wood-burning stove is also located in this space and will keep you nice and toasty on chilly days.

      From the living space you will have access to the terrace which has garden furniture and a barbecue. Perfect for enjoying the weather and grilling up a storm.

      Olpenitz is a newly built holiday resort close to a stunning beach which is both child-friendly and picture perfect. The are also has a grocery store, bakery and a playground where kids can play. Within driving distance you can visit the small German town of Kappeln which is home to nice restaurants, shops and quaint streets.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
