    This lovely holiday home can accommodate up to 24 people and three pets. There is plenty of space for multiple families to comfortably holiday under the same roof here as the nine bedrooms are spread across three distinct wings with one bathroom in each area. The house has four bathrooms in total.

    For most of us a good holiday means relaxation and well-being. For that very reason, this summer house has both a bubbling whirlpool and a warming sauna where you can warm up on chilly days. Keen swimmers will be guaranteed a dip no matter the season at this house! The pool room has a 20 m2 pool with water slide and Roman steps.

    The activity room offers plenty of opportunity for play and physical challenge. For example, enjoy a game of table tennis or table football. You can also play billiards and darts or sit down to watch a film or plat the PS4. The activity room also has its own bar with a fridge so you can enjoy a cold drink between rounds.

    The heart of this home is the cosy kitchen/living space where you will find high ceilings and plenty of room around the dining table so all guests can have a shared meal together. The large kitchen is well equipped with two dishwashers, two ovens, two sinks and two fridges. Also in this room is the wood-burning stove.

    Good outdoors facilities are also to be found at this house. The tiled terrace has a barbecue and garden furniture for cosy evenings in the fresh air.

    The resort of Olpenitz is a new area with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. The summer home is within walking distance of an exquisite beach which is just great for long strolls. Also in the area is a grocery store and a bakery. The charming German town of Kappeln is just a short drive from the holiday house. Here you will find both good restaurants and nice shops.

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
