      Welcome to this beautiful holiday home located in the resort area of Olpenitz in Northern Germany. In addition to good shops and a lovely beach, Olpenitz is not far from the quintessential town of Kappeln which simply exudes charm and life.

      The summer house can accommodate up to 20 people and has eight double bedrooms spread across three separate area with one bathroom in each section. The remaining four guests can sleep in the loft which is particularly intended for younger guests.

      With such spacious distribution of the rooms, this house is a good choice for several families holidaying together. Holidays often go hand in hand with barrels of laughs. Those will be in no short supply in the cosy activity room which has table tennis, table football, billiards and darts. If you prefer to watch from the sidelines, you will find ample space by the cosy home bar which has its own fridge for cold refreshments. And once the competition is over, you can unwind with a good book or a film in the room’s sofa area.

      The fun can then continue in the summer home’s very own swimming and wellness room which has a large swimming pool where you can get some exercise and have fun on the water slide. In addition, the pool also has Roman steps which make it easy for everyone to get in and out of the water. Or if relaxation and wellness are more your thing then you will find that here too. The bubbling whirlpool and the warming sauna together form a mecca of relaxation in this house.

      The kitchen/living space is perfect for gathering the family for a delicious meal. The kitchen is well equipped with two ovens/cookers, two dishwashers, two sinks and plenty of fridge/freezer space which makes it easy to conjure up a show-stopping dinner for all the family. In addition to the well-appointed XL kitchen, there is a long dining table where all the cottage guests can gather to eat.

      If you aren’t needed in the kitchen, you can relax over at the nearby sofa area and enjoy the heat from the cosy wood-burning stove. The kitchen/living space also has direct access to the partially covered terrace outside. Here you can also enjoy a nice meal, grill some food on the house barbecue or run around with the family’s four-legged friends.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
