      Set in scenic surroundings at the holiday resort of Olpenitz lies this spacious holiday home with room for 20 people. Olpenitz is not far from the border with Denmark and offers beach, shops and child-friendly activities.

      Ideal for multiple families and replete with options to spend time together in a relaxing way. The house has eight bedrooms spread across three distinct areas of the house plus a loft which sleeps four. Each area has one bathroom.

      At the heart of the property is a large open-plan kitchen and living space. Here you will find plenty of space for several families to cook together as the kitchen has two ovens/cookers, two dishwashers, two sinks as well as lots of fridge and freezer space. Meals can be enjoyed around the long dining table which has enough space for all guests to gather together.

      If you holiday here when the weather is at its best, then your meals can be enjoyed on the cosy terrace and you can even prepare your food on the summer house’s barbecue.

      If you have a competitive streak then feel free to let it loose as you play a game of table football, table tennis, billiards or darts which are all on offer in the holiday home’s activity room. You can also enjoy a go on the PlayStation (PS4) just so long as you remember to bring some games with you. Or if you prefer the role of spectator then you will feel right at home by the bar which is well equipped with a fridge for cold refreshments. These cool drinks can also be enjoyed in the room’s sofa area.

      If the weather isn't right for a dip in the Baltic then not to worry – you can enjoy the water in the house pool and wellness area instead. Even if it’s howling a gale outside, you can always enjoy a swim in this house thanks to the indoor swimming pool which has a water slide and Roman steps. Plus you can also make use of the relaxing whirlpool before a moment in the warmth of the sauna.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
