      The area around the lake of Trams am See is well known for its gorgeous nature and tranquil atmosphere which is just ideal for relaxing as a family. The lakeside location of this house makes it easy to fully immerse yourself in nature and the tranquil surroundings.

      When you first set foot inside this VillaVilla house, you will immediately feel embraced by its inviting, homely atmosphere.
      The house has its own pool area with a water slide where both kids and adults can enjoy moments of fun and leisure. While the kids splash around, the adults can relax in the adjacent outdoor whirlpool or sauna which are accessible via the large terrace.

      But the fun is not limited to the pool area and outdoor facilities. Inside, you will also find a large activity room with a wide range of games to keep the whole family entertained. Play a few rounds of billiards, table tennis or darts, and be sure to enjoy a cold refreshment from the activity room bar between games.

      The heart of this home is its well-appointed kitchen and the long dining room which has enough space for all guests to gather around for delicious meals and some quality together-time.

      When the night draws in and it comes time to retire, the house has two separate sleeping areas with three bedrooms in each one. The remaining four spots can be found up in the two lofts which are simply perfect for kids and teens.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
