      Welcome to a fantastic, action-packed house for up to 16 people in Trams am See. The house is located in a quiet and scenic part of northern Germany by the lake of Trams. The surrounding nature makes the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

      When you first step into this beautiful VillaVilla house, you will be welcomed by its spacious open-plan kitchen and living area. Here you will find both a well-appointed kitchen and a long dining table with plenty of room for everyone in your party. It is the perfect set-up for catching up and enjoying some quality conversation as you prepare meals or eat together.

      Moving further into the house, you will come into the large activity room which offers a range of games such as billiards, table tennis, table football and darts. You could even set up your own family tournament with the winner being crowned at the end of the holiday! And after lots of pulse-raising competition, you can then unwind with a cold drink from the activity room bar – just be sure to bring along all your favourite mixers and ingredients!

      Or if the adrenaline is still pumping, you can burn off that surplus energy in your very own private pool area. Inside is a swimming pool complete with water slide where you can enjoy many hours of fun and leisure for both children and adults alike.

      Then when your batteries are finally in need of a recharge, head out to the large outdoor terrace where you will find an outdoor whirlpool, sauna and shower. It is the perfect place to leave all your stress and worries behind as you relax in tranquil surroundings.

      Meanwhile, the outdoor area also offers plenty for younger guests to enjoy in the form of a swing set, trampoline and play tower.

      The house contains two separate sleeping areas, each with three bedrooms, making it ideally laid out for large families or friend groups. The remaining four guests can find their beds up in the two lofts which are typically a hit with kids and teens.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
