      Upon arrival, you will be met by a wealth of spaciousness and elegance. The house can sleep up to 16 guests spread across six different bedrooms and two cosy lofts, making it the ideal choice for larger families or groups of friends. Note that the lofts are best suited to kids and teens.

      It’s not just the space that makes this house special. Its facilities are also well worth travelling for. In the large activity room, you can challenge each other to billiards, table football, darts and table tennis. You can also enjoy a refreshing drink in the room’s cosy bar between bouts – just remember to bring along your own ingredients.

      The open-plan kitchen and living space is the heart of the home and features a modern kitchen, a long dining table and a cosy sofa area, all set in a homely ambience that is just great for dining and relaxing.

      And that’s not all! There is also an indoor pool area so you can be sure to enjoy the water no matter the weather or time of year. And for true indulgence, you will also find a wellness area out on the large terrace which is comprised of an outdoor whirlpool, an outdoor sauna and an outdoor shower. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy being in nature.

      The terrace also has a barbecue where you can cook delicious meals under an open sky.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
