      Welcome to an action-packed holiday home located just fifty metres from the shores of the Tramser See. From the moment you arrive, you will be embraced by a world of nature and tranquility.

      This modern pool house is designed to accommodate holidaymakers of all tastes. With space for up to 16 people across six tastefully decorated bedrooms and two cosy loft areas (which are best suited for kids and teens), there is plenty of space for family, friends or colleagues to holiday comfortably in each other's company.

      The open-plan kitchen and living space is the heart of the home and offers plenty of room for everyone to come together, whether you’re cooking in the modern kitchen or chilling around the dining table. After your meals in the evening, you can head over to the sofa area and cosy up in each other's company.

      Or make the most of the large activity room where you can enjoy hours of fun playing billiards, table football, darts and table tennis. There are endless opportunities to get competitive and try your hand at a range of activities. And while the games are underway, spectators can enjoy a cold refreshment from the house bar – just remember to bring along all your favourite ingredients!

      The fun can then continue in the pool area which boasts a private pool and water slide. Many hours of fun and excitement are guaranteed for all guests.

      Meanwhile, a world of relaxation and zen awaits you out on the large terrace. Feel your troubles melt away in the outdoor whirlpool and sauna before reinvigorating yourself under the outdoor shower. It is the perfect place to enjoy some warmth under an open sky.
      The terrace also boasts a barbecue and some garden furniture where you can enjoy al fresco dining. The little ones among you, meanwhile, can play away to their hearts’ content on the swings, trampoline and play tower.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
