      Welcome to this gorgeous VillaVilla house by the Tramser See. This 16-person pool house is located in a scenic part of northern Germany where you can enjoy a combination of fun activities and gorgeous surroundings.

      Upon arrival, you will be met by a large activity room where the fun and entertainment simply never stop. From billiards to darts and table football to table tennis – plus there is even a private bar for refreshments between rounds. There is plenty to enjoy here for both kids and adults alike.
      And that’s not even the height of it! The house also boasts its very own pool area which is a veritable paradise for water lovers of all ages. Spend hours on end learning new tricks and honing your swimming techniques in the water.

      The central hub of this home, meanwhile, is its spacious open-plan kitchen and living space where you gather to cook, feast and chill. The well-appointed kitchen makes it easy to whip up delicious meals that you can enjoy together around the long dining table. And after your dinner, you can then head over to the sofa area and cosy up with a great film.

      A world of wellness awaits outdoors in the form of an outdoor whirlpool and sauna. The terrace also boasts comfy garden furniture and a barbecue so you can cook over an open fire and under the open sky.

      With six bedrooms and two lofts, there is plenty of space for all guests. The four spots up in the lofts are perfect for kids and teens who want to lay claim to their own secret corner of the house.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
