      With its tranquil atmosphere, the area around the Trams am See is an ideal destination for relaxing holidays away from the stress of everyday life.

      Stepping into this house, you will be welcomed by an impressive open-plan kitchen and living space which features both modern facilities and a homely ambience. The large kitchen is equipped with all the essential equipment you’ll need to whip up delicious dinners, while the long dining table is perfectly set up for enjoying group dinners together. The sofa area, meanwhile, is great for kicking back with a good movie or playing a game of cards.

      For the more active among you, the house also has its very own activity room, complete with billiards, table tennis and darts. Hours of fun and friendly competition await in here! And the excitement doesn't have to end once the family champion has been crowned – there is also a pool area with water slide to be explored. The fun can continue for hours in here as you swim and splash around.

      Out on the large terrace, you will find the wellness area, which is comprised of an outdoor whirlpool, sauna and shower. Feel your troubles and strife just melt away in the heat of the whirlpool or sauna, and enjoy the surroundings under an open sky.

      The house is perfect for families with kids as there are heaps of outdoor activities for little ones to enjoy. The swings, trampoline and play tower in particular will guarantee hours of fun and play.

      The house has five bedrooms divided into two separate sleeping areas, offering plenty of comfort and space for large families or groups of friends. The two lofts sleep four and are especially great for kids and teens.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
