      This modern 14-person pool house is situated close to the lake of Trams in Germany. Located just 50 metres from the lake shore, you will find ample opportunity to hike in nature or simply relax by the water’s edge. The gorgeous surroundings make the perfect setting for a tranquil VillaVilla holiday.

      The heart of this home is its impressive open-plan kitchen and living space, where you will find a well-appointed kitchen, a large dining table and a cosy sofa area. It is the perfect place to gather with family and friends to enjoy delicious meals or simply spend some quality together time.

      Guests who love to keep active will find plenty to do in this VillaVilla house. Especially in the activity room, where you can go head to head in a game of billiards, table tennis or darts. You will find no shortage of ways to have fun and partake in some good-natured competition in this room.

      And the action doesn’t stop there either – this house also has its very own pool area with a water slide, where guests can enjoy an invigorating splash or swim. Outdoors, you will find a wellness area with an exquisite outdoor whirlpool and an outdoor sauna, which is just perfect for relaxing and recharging your batteries after an action-packed day.

      The large terrace also has a barbecue, where you can whip up delicious dinners over an open flame. If the German weather is on your side, you can savour your meals outside on the terrace as the sun goes down.

      The outdoor activities at the house are ideal for families with little ones in tow. You will find swings, a trampoline and a play tower for hours of fun in the fresh air.

      There are five bedrooms in total in the house, and they are spread across two distinct sleeping areas. The remaining four guests will find their beds up in the two lofts, which tend to be a big hit with kids and teens.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
