      Welcome to the Trams am See – an incredible place brimming with gorgeous nature. This pool house is located just 50 metres from the edge of the lake, making it the perfect base for your holiday adventure.

      When you step into this fantastic 14-person pool house, its spacious and inviting open-plan centre will take your breath away. This is the heart of the home and a natural place to gather and enjoy time together.
      The well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to whip up delicious meals for the entire group. The long dining table, meanwhile, has space for all guests so no-one need be left out at group meals full of special moments.

      Also in the same open-plan space is a comfy sofa area where you can kick back after an action-packed day of fun activities. Get cosy, put your feet up and enjoy a great film together.

      The rest of the house can be accessed from its open-plan centre. Why not explore the home’s very own pool area? Here you will find a swimming pool and water slide, guaranteeing hours upon hours of entertainment for water lovers of all ages. The fun can then continue in the home’s very own activity room, which boasts billiards, table tennis and darts. There are plenty of options to go head to head with each other and create some unforgettable memories together.

      The house also offers a range of outdoor activities, including a wellness area with an outdoor shower, outdoor whirlpool and outdoor sauna. Feel the warm water bubble up around you as you relax under an open sky.
      The terrace is also equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can grill up a storm and enjoy dinners outdoors.
      Younger guests, meanwhile, can enjoy the play tower, the swings and the trampoline.

      When darkness falls and it comes time to tuck in, you can retire to the five comfortable bedrooms in the house, plus there are two lofts which sleep four between them (great for kids and teens).

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
