Relaxation and fun at Lake Tramser See, for 14 people: holiday home with pool and wellness

The Tramser See is a hidden gem in northern Germany, encircled by scenic surroundings and simply perfect for relaxing getaways. This fantastic VillaVilla pool house is located just 50 metres from the lake shore and offers the best of both worlds – a combination of tranquility and entertainment.

Water lovers and wellness fanatics will be in heaven! That is because the house has its very own pool area where you can swim, splash and enjoy hours of fun and relaxation in the water. After an invigorating dip in the pool, you can then take yourself outside to the adjacent wellness area where you will find an outdoor whirlpool, outdoor shower and outdoor sauna. Relax in the bubbling whirlpool or let your worries evaporate in the heat of the sauna.
No matter whether you want a tranquil morning swim or a lively game in good company, you will find something for everyone.

And when you’re done swimming in the pool and relaxing in the spa facilities, you can then enjoy the open-plan living space. Here you will find a long dining table where you can gather for home-cooked meals made fresh in the well-appointed kitchen. Share stories and create memories while you enjoy good food and even better company. When your bellies are full, you can then challenge each other to a game of billiards, darts or table tennis in the large activity room.

All before rounding off the day with a good movie in the sofa area as the sun goes down and your eyes turn weary. When it comes time to tuck in, you can retire to the five comfortable bedrooms and two cosy lofts which sleep four people between them (and are best suited to kids and teens).

Please note that the displayed images are demo pictures, as the house is under construction, so the final house may differ from the demo pictures.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.
