      This modern 14-person pool house with activity room is located by the Trams am See in gorgeous northern Germany, just 50 metres from the water’s edge. This summer house offers the perfect setting for families or friend groups who want to have fun and relax on their holiday.

      When you step into this house, you will be met by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the spacious kitchen and living area. The open-plan layout means that enticing aromas from the modern kitchen can waft through to the rest of the space, while the long dining table invites you to enjoy your meals and pleasant conversations together. Also in this part of the house is a comfortable sofa area where you can relax and enjoy a good film together.

      The house also has an activity room where you can go head to head in games like billiards, darts and table tennis. You could even organise your very own family tournament and compete to see who will be crowned champion of the holiday!

      After so much excitement in the activity room, you can then enjoy an invigorating dip in the pool area – a great space where guests of all ages can relax and play.
      Or if it’s a spot of personal care and pampering you are after, head to the outdoor wellness area instead. Here you can relax in the outdoor whirlpool or sauna. Enjoy the warm bubbles or the calming heat of the sauna and feel the stress and worries of everyday life begin to melt away.

      The outdoor terrace features some garden furniture and a barbecue so you can enjoy home-cooked meals outdoors under an open sky. And while the adults dine and catch up, the kids can romp around and play on the play tower, swings and trampoline.

      The house features five bedrooms in addition to two lofts, which are great for kids and teens. There are two bathrooms in total.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
