Large holiday home in Marielyst with an annexe, sauna and activities for the whole family

In Marielyst, a spacious holiday home awaits, with room for 14 people and a cosy holiday atmosphere both indoors and out. Here, you can look forward to relaxing days close to the beach, activities and the holiday resort’s popular attractions, whilst enjoying a lovely base with plenty of space for socialising, games and peace and quiet. The holiday home is situated on a lovely plot with a private terrace, where you can enjoy your holiday from morning coffee to an evening barbecue.

• Two wood-burning stoves and plenty of cosiness
• Annex with a double bed, a bunk bed and a bathroom
• Private terrace and large double trampoline

Inside, the holiday home features several lovely living areas where you can gather together across generations. The two wood-burning stoves create a warm and cosy atmosphere when the evenings are rounded off with a game of cards, a good book or a quiet moment on the sofa. The kitchen, dining area and living spaces provide the perfect setting for shared meals and quality time together, whether your holiday involves long dinners, a quick lunch between excursions or cosy days spent indoors on rainy days.

For those of you who fancy a bit of friendly competition, the holiday home offers a range of indoor activities. Here you can compete at snooker, table tennis and darts, so there are plenty of opportunities for mini-tournaments and fun holiday memories. After an active day, you can wind down in the hot tub or enjoy the warmth of the sauna.

Accommodation is spread across the holiday home itself, the first floor above the activity room and a separate annex. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: the first has a double bed, and from here there is access to the next room, which has two single beds. From the room with the double bed, there is also access to a loft with two mattresses, which is best suited for children.

The annexe offers a little extra privacy and is furnished with a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as its own bathroom. The combination of double beds, single beds, a bunk bed and a loft bed makes it possible to adapt the sleeping arrangements to suit, for example, several families or generations holidaying together. In total, the holiday home has four bathrooms.

Outdoor living is a big part of the experience here. On the terrace, you can find shelter, enjoy meals al fresco and gather the whole family around the barbecue. For the children, there are plenty of play options with a sandpit, football goals and a large, unique double trampoline, which is sure to become one of the holiday’s main attractions.

Marielyst is one of Falster’s most popular holiday destinations, and here you’ll be staying just a short distance from the wide sandy beach, cosy eateries, shops and activities such as windsurfing, mini-golf and golf. The area combines a classic beach holiday with plenty of things to do, so that both children and adults can enjoy a holiday filled with relaxation, fun and wonderful days by the Baltic Sea.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

What time can we arrive at the house?

The house will be at your disposal from 15:00 on your day of arrival. It is not normally possible to access the house earlier than that.

What time do we need to vacate the house by?

The house is at your disposal until 10:00 on your day of departure (or 11:00 if you are departing on a Sunday). A later departure than that is not usually possible.

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.
