    Welcome to a wonderful holiday experience in a Skanlux holiday home, where the attention to detail is quite simply unparalleled. The house is within walking distance from the cosy resort town of Marielyst and its child-friendly beach.

    The house’s large wellness area, which features a 22 m2 pool with water slide, whirlpool and sauna, will entice both old and young alike to enjoy hours of fun and play. In addition to all the fun activities in the wellness area, the house also has a well-equipped activity room where you can challenge friends and family to a game of billiards, table football, air hockey, table tennis or darts.

    The activity room also features a cosy sports bar with its own fridge, flat-screen TV and PlayStation 3. The kitchen, which is directly connected to the dining area and the living room, has ample space for multiple chefs for fun and social cooking times.

    The sofa area is equipped with a wood-burning stove and a flat-screen TV, and simply invites you to snuggle down with a good book or film. Sleeping accommodation is divided across eight bedrooms and two lofts, one of which has a flat-screen TV.

    Outdoors, there is a sandbox and a play tower complete with a climbing wall and swings for the younger guests among you to enjoy. The house was renovated in the spring of 2014.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
