      Welcome to this fantastic Skanlux pool house, which has been decorated with a keen eye for detail. The house is located close to the white sandy beach and the many restaurants and shops of Marielyst.

      The house is extremely spacious and well dimensioned, and it is built up around three separate sleeping quarters, each with their own bathroom. There is also a large loft with ample space for a couple of overnighting guests.

      Great emphasis is placed on quality in this house – particularly when it comes to the property’s impressive pool area which contains a large 22 m2 pool with a water slide, counter-current system and a delightful six-person whirlpool as well as a roomy sauna.

      There are two activity rooms in the house – one with table tennis, darts, table football, a PlayStation 3 and air hockey. The second is the house’s den which features a billiards table, darts and a bar with fridge.

      The kitchen is large and well appointed, with ample space for multiple sous chefs and kitchen helpers when it comes time to prepare dinner.

      There is a large terrace (partially covered) where you can enjoy the Danish summer in good-quality garden furniture. he large grounds which surround the house feature swings and a sandbox for younger guests to enjoy. The plot is partially enclosed by a fence with a height of 150 cm, see photos.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
