      Indoors you will also find everything you need for a lovely vacation. The house offers both comfort and cosiness in its spacious kitchen/dining room, its very own pool area and its exciting activity room. The house's beautiful pool area contains a pool with water slide, an inviting six-person whirlpool and a large sauna where you can relax and enjoy that great vacation feeling. The activity room is also set up for hours of fun. There will be no excuse for sitting still when you have the option to compete at table tennis/billiards and darts.

      The kitchen is open and well appointed, with space for multiple sous chefs and sideline cooks as you prepare your meals together. Afterwards, you can enjoy your meal at the long dining table, where the whole gang can gather together.

      The terrace has a barbecue and makes for a great place to enjoy the Danish summer in good-quality garden furniture. The large grounds which surround the house are great for younger guests and feature a sandbox, a play tower and a large lawn for them to enjoy.

      The sleeping accommodation is spread across two distinct sleeping quarters each with three double bedrooms. The remaining six spots can be found in one of the summer house’s two lofts.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
