      Welcome to this beautiful 16-person holiday home located in the attractive resort area of Marielyst. Marielyst is home to one of Denmark’s best beaches for taking a dip as well as a great many restaurants, cafés and shops. When you stay at this house, you will be guaranteed a swim on your holiday no matter the time of year.

      The property has a great pool room with both a sauna and whirlpool. The pool has a water slide, Roman steps and a counter-current system. Perfect for enjoying many hours of fun and relaxation whatever the weather.

      The neat activity room is ready and waiting with something for everyone to enjoy, from billiards and table tennis to table football, darts and even a cosy home bar. Plus a cosy TV corner with a PlayStation 4 where you can relax and play a game or watch a good movie.

      At the centre of the home you will find a kitchen with ample space to cook dinners for the whole gang. Beside the kitchen is a long dining table with room for everyone. On chillier days, you can fire up the wood-burning stove while you cosy up in the sofa area with a good book or just to watch TV.

      The property has two distinct sleeping areas each with their own bathroom. There are six bedrooms in total across the property. Plus a loft which sleeps four, usually a popular spot with kids and teens.

      Outside there is plenty of space for fun and play. The partially covered terrace has garden furniture and a barbecue. The children can play in the garden where there is a swing set, sandbox and trampoline. The house also has a charger for electric and hybrid cars.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you.       Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
