    This house sleeps 16 and is located in the popular resort town of Marielyst, which is known for having one of the best beaches in Denmark. The property is large and spacious and has been nicely decorated with a keen eye for detail. Marielyst is a beautiful resort area with many attractions for both children and adults including a Golf & Fun Park, nice cafés and a bustling town life.

    Just 700 m away as the crow flies is a beautiful Blue Flag beach with inviting waters. The property is well suited for enjoying a nice and pleasant holiday with lots to do no matter the weather. Guests will have their very own pool area with an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna. The swimming pool is 18 m2 and has both Roman steps, a counter-current system and a water slide.

    Also popular in this house is the cosy activity room where you will find table tennis, billiards, table football and darts. The sky’s the limit to how much fun you can have together in this house. From the bar in the corner you can serve up some cold drinks while there is also a TV area where you can watch a good film or play the PS4 (bring your own games).

    The heart of this summer house is the kitchen/living room. The stylish kitchen is well equipped while the long dining table offers views into the goings-on in the pool area. The cosy wood-burning stove is also located in the main living space and not far from the cosy sofa area in front of the TV.

    The property sleeps 16 people across six double bedrooms and a loft with four mattresses (best suited for kids and teens). The summer house has three bathrooms in total.

    Holidays in Denmark are like nothing else and when the weather is shining there is quite simply no place better. The partially covered terrace is a great place to catch some Danish rays and to host a barbecue evening for the whole gang. Meanwhile there is a swing for the youngest guests. The garden also has a trampoline where the kids can well and truly tire themselves out.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
