      With Marielyst Strand as your neighbour, this spacious 14-person holiday home enjoys an excellent location. Not only is it within 150 metres of the strand itself, but you will also find both shops and the charming town centre within reach. The area is definitely well set up for a relaxing and pleasant holiday.

      The seven double bedrooms are divided across two sleeping quarters, each with its own bathroom. In addition, there is also a loft in the activity room which sleeps four and is best suited for kids and teenagers. With such spacious distribution of the rooms, this house is a good choice for several families holidaying together.

      Equally spacious is the combined kitchen/living space – which is the perfect place to gather together for a delicious meal. The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, an extra large cooker, two dishwashers, two sinks and plenty of fridge and freezer space which makes it easy as pie to whip up delicious meals for all the family. In addition to the well-equipped XL kitchen, there is also a long dining table where everyone can gather to eat.

      If you aren’t needed in the kitchen, you can relax over at the nearby sofa area and enjoy the heat from the cosy wood-burning stove. The kitchen/living space also has direct access to the partially covered terrace outside. Here you can enjoy a delicious meal, cook some food on the barbecue or play catch with your beloved four-legged friends.

      When we look back on our holidays, it’s those magic moments in each other’s company we remember best. You can create plenty of those in the cosy activity room which has table tennis, table football, billiards and darts. If you prefer to watch from the sidelines, you will find ample space by the cosy home bar which has its own fridge for cold refreshments.

      The sofa area in this room also makes for a nice place to enjoy a good book or a film. The fun can also continue in the home’s swimming and wellness room, with a large swimming pool where you can splash around and swim lengths. The pool also has Roman steps and a water slide. If relaxation and wellness are more your thing, then you can enjoy the bubbling whirlpool or the warming sauna instead.

      Near the house is a large common nature playground with a bouncy cushion which can be used by guests in the area. The house is located in a car-free zone which means instead of parking directly outside the house you can park your car in a central car park located in the area. You can unload your baggage in the turning circle by the house.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
