Close to the resort town of Marielyst and located right behind the embankment within easy walking distance from the incredible beach – which has even been recognised as the best in Denmark several years running – is where you will find this spacious holiday home. Without a doubt a great setting for a fantastic holiday packed with lots of activity both outdoors and in the cosy ambience of the house.

No matter what the weather does, you will always be able to swim. If not on the child-friendly beach in Marielyst, then in the house’s very own pool and wellness room. The swimming pool measures 18 m2 and is equipped with a water slide and Roman steps. Or if relaxation and wellbeing are more your thing, you can relax instead in the whirlpool or the sauna.

After your dip, the fun may then continue in the activity room. Here you can go head to head at table tennis, billiards, darts and table football. Not only that, but you can also compete on the house’s PlayStation 4 just so long as you bring your own games. If you prefer to be a spectator, then you can hang back at the home bar and cheer on the players with a refreshing drink.

The natural gathering point in this house is its central and open-plan kitchen/living space. The large XL kitchen has plenty of room to cook together as well as two ovens, two dishwashers and plenty of fridge and freezer space. When you’re done in the kitchen, you can relax over at the sofa area and even fire up the wood-burning stove. Meals can be enjoyed around the long dining table – or if the weather is on your side, you can head out to the partially covered terrace.

The house sleeps seven people in total across two distinct bedroom sections which each has its own bathroom. In addition, there is also a loft in the activity room which sleeps four and is best suited for kids and teenagers.This set-up makes it easy to divide up the house among families, ages or on the basis of needs. Near the house is a large common nature playground with a bouncy cushion which can be used by guests in the area.

The house is located in a car-free zone which means instead of parking directly outside the house you can park your car in a central car park located in the area. You can unload your baggage in the turning circle by the house.
