      Featuring beach-house decor, a pool, whirlpool and a wide range of activities for guests of all ages, this large summer house is located just 150 metres away from Marielyst Strand which has been named the best in Denmark. Besides the short distance between you and that feeling of the sand between your toes, the local area is also known for its lively atmosphere and many cafés, ice cream spots and quaint shops.

      Although the location is just perfect for enjoying the great outdoors, the house also offers plenty to do inside as well. Go for a swim in the indoor pool with water slide and counter-current system, immerse yourself in the bubbling whirlpool or enjoy a moment of peace in the hot sauna for that feeling of true relaxation and well-being. Or if you don’t feel like getting wet either outside or in, there are plenty of other activities you can enjoy in this house on Bøtølundvej.

      The activity room has a combined billiards and table tennis table as well as table football and PlayStation 4. There is also a sofa area and a home bar where you can relax and hang back as you watch the games unfold around you.

      The seven double bedrooms are divided across two sleeping quarters, each with its own bathroom. In addition, there is also a loft in the activity room which sleeps four and is best suited for kids and teenagers.

      The natural centre of the home is the kitchen and living space which is well equipped with two ovens, dishwashers and ample fridge space. Besides offering plenty of space for budding home cooks, there is also lots of room around the long dining table by the wood-burning stove which makes a great setting for holiday means and festive events.

      There is also a partially covered terrace with a barbecue where you can prepare food outdoors. A great setting for the whole gang. Near the house is a large common nature playground with a bouncy cushion which can be used by guests in the area.

      We are located in a car-free zone which means instead of parking directly outside the house you can park your car in a car park located in the area. However, it is possible to unload your baggage or to charge your electric car in the turning circle by the house.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
