      Charming summer house right by the beach

      Just behind the dike and only 100m from one of Denmark’s best beaches for swimming and paddling lies this spacious summer house. In addition to its ideal location close to fresh air and salt water, the summer house is also handy to local shops and the charming resort town of Marielyst.

      The holiday home is ideal for joint holidays with other families as it is well set-up to accommodate many people but in a relaxed and comfortable way. The house has seven bedrooms divided across two sleeping quarters. Each area has one bathroom. In addition, there is also a loft in the activity room which sleeps four and is best suited for kids and teenagers.

      At the heart of the property is a large open-plan kitchen and living space. Here you will find a nice and spacious set up to cook meals together as the kitchen has two ovens, extra large cooker, two dishwashers, two sinks and lots of fridge and freezer space. You can enjoy your meals around the long dining table which has enough space for all the family to get together.

      If you visit when the weather is best, you can enjoy the cosy and partially covered terrace and even cook your dinner outside on the house’s very own barbecue.

      Or if the weather disappoints and a trip to the beach is not on the cards, then a dip in the pool and wellness area always goes down a treat. The pool measures 18 m2 and has a water slide and Roman steps. Also in the same area is a whirlpool and a sauna where you can enjoy a spot of relaxation.

      After your dip, the fun may then continue in the activity room. Here you can go head to head at table tennis, billiards and table football. You can also compete on the house’s PlayStation 4 just provided that you bring your own games with you. Between rounds you can then enjoy a drink at the cosy home bar with fridge.

      Near the house is a large common nature playground with a bouncy cushion which can be used by guests in the area.

      The house is located in a car-free zone which means instead of parking directly outside the house you can park your car in a central car park located in the area. You can unload your baggage in the turning circle by the house.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
