With Marielyst Strand as your neighbour, this house provides both a cosy setting and great location for an enjoyable holiday together. In addition to the beach and charming Marielyst both being within walking distance, there are also many other fun activities in the area. Europe’s biggest adventure mini golf experience, Golf & Fun Park, and BonBon Land amusement park are just two examples of what’s on offer.

      Back home at the summer house, fans of the water will not be disappointed. The house has its very own indoor swimming pool with Roman steps and a counter-current system. Plus there is also an outdoor sauna and an outdoor whirlpool if you prefer to soak under the open sky.

      The activity room also offers many fun activities that you can enjoy together as a family or group. Here you can challenge each other to a game of darts or go head to head on the combined billiards/table tennis table. Or if it is more a relaxing evening you had in mind, you can watch a film on the activity room’s TV or have a go on the PlayStation 4 (just member to bring your own games).

      The summer house also has a cosy living space with a dining table and sofa nook. Enjoy the heat of the wood-burning stove with a good film or book. The stylish kitchen is well equipped and connected to the living space.

      If you want to enjoy your food outdoors, you can do so on the partially covered terrace with views of the garden. The covered part of the terrace is ideal for a barbecue evening or for relaxing on warmer days. All while the children have fun on the house’s in-ground trampoline.

      The house sleeps people across five double bedrooms. There are two bathrooms in the property. In addition, there is also a loft in the activity room which sleeps four and is best suited for kids and teenagers. Near the house is a large common nature playground with a bouncy cushion which can be used by guests in the area.

      The house is located in a car-free zone which means instead of parking directly outside the house you can park your car in a central car park located in the area. However, it is possible to unload your baggage or to charge your electric car in the turning circle by the house.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
