      Welcome to this beautiful vacation house which enjoys a great location just 100 metres away from the beach in Marielyst. Everything needed for a successful holiday can be found within convenient walking distance from this scenic gem of a holiday home.

      Besides a fantastic beach, Marielyst is also well known as charming resort town with a lively square. The square is the heart of the town and the place to go if you want night life, restaurants, cafés or shops. No matter the season you will be able to enjoy a refreshing dip in the water as this summer house is equipped with an exquisite indoor pool. The swimming pool measures 15 m2 and has both Roman steps and a counter-current system. That feeling of wellness can be made complete out on the terrace where you will find an outdoor hot tub and outdoor sauna surrounded by nature (and a starry night’s sky).

      The house has a cosy activity room which is ready and waiting to provide fun and games to guests of all ages and across generations. Here you will find billiards, table tennis and shuffleboard. The room also has a cosy TV corner where you can enjoy yet even more entertainment and relaxation. The activity room also has a PlayStation 4 (just remember to bring your own games). At the centre of the house is an open-plan kitchen and living space.

      The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of room to cook big meals for all the gang. In front of the kitchen is a long dining table with plenty of space for the entire group to gather together around a shared meal. On chillier days, you can fire up the wood-burning stove while you cosy up in the sofa area with a good book or just to watch TV.

      The five double bedrooms are divided across two sleeping quarters, each with its own bathroom. In addition, there is also a loft in the activity room which sleeps four and is best suited for kids and teenagers.

      Plenty more fun and games can be enjoyed outside on the partially covered terrace which has garden furniture and a barbecue. Children can also play on the garden which takes the form of a natural plot and even has its very own in-ground trampoline. Also worth emphasising is that there is a common playground for the area located less than 100 metres from the house. The set-up is quite simply top-notch for an enjoyable holiday no matter how the unpredictable weather in Denmark chooses to behave. The are also has a large common nature playground which can be used by all the guests in the area.

      The house is located in a car-free zone which means instead of parking directly outside the house you can park your car in a central car park located in the area. You can unload your baggage in the turning circle by the house.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
