    This luxury house is situated in the charming surroundings of Marielyst – a holiday paradise known for its beautiful beach and vibrant town life. With a wide range of local attractions and plenty of fun, games, and relaxation on-site, it would take a lot to spoil the holiday spirit here.

    The house features its very own private swimming and wellness area, complete with a large indoor pool, Roman steps, a counter-current system, and a fun water slide. The pool area also includes a delightful hot tub and a sauna – perfect for recharging in true holiday style.

    Get ready for some action in the house's activity room! Here you can enjoy table tennis, pool, darts, and a PlayStation 4. If you'd rather take a break from the games or prefer being a spectator, the room also offers a bar where you can sip on a cold refreshment.

    At the heart of the house is the open-plan kitchen and living area, complete with a cozy wood-burning stove that adds extra warmth and atmosphere on chilly days. From the long dining table, you can keep an eye on those enjoying the pool, and the sofa corner is perfect for a movie night or a quiet moment with a good book.
    The kitchen is fully equipped and well-designed for preparing delicious meals for the entire group.

    The house also features a partially covered terrace connected to the kitchen and activity room – the ideal spot for a barbecue evening. The garden is packed with fun too, with a play tower, swing, in-ground trampoline, and plenty of space for ball games on the lawn.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
