      This modern holiday home for up to 14 people is located in gorgeous Marielyst and makes a great choice for families and friends who want to create some cherished memories together. The house has two great bathrooms and five bedrooms, which sleep up to ten people in total. The remaining four guests can find their beds up in the two lofts, which are well suited for kids.

      The cosy, open-plan kitchen and living space has a long dining table, where you can gather for group meals prepared in the spacious kitchen. When it comes time to relax, you can cosy up in the comfortable lounge area with TV and Danish channels.

      If you have a competitive streak, you can let it loose in the activity room, going head to head in table tennis, billiards, table football, darts and shuffleboard. Or why not chill out with a board game in the sofa nook while the others watch TV? Choose between classics like Ludo and a wide range of other exciting games.

      Out on the gorgeous wooden terrace, you can make use of the outdoor whirlpool and relax under an open sky, while the outdoor sauna is made ready warm you to the bone. Late summer afternoons don’t need to end when the evening chill sets in – the large covered terrace boasts infrared terrace heaters to keep you nice and toasty for longer. And while the adults chill out and chat, the kids can romp around in the large, fenced-in garden with play tower and in-ground trampoline. Plus, there is also a range of garden games to enjoy.

      Marielyst is known for being the home of Denmark’s largest wooden terrace where you can enjoy an ice cream or a cold drink from one of the sun loungers. From the terrace, you can get straight out onto the long, white sandy beach and start enjoying the water! The town is also home to a number of great cafés and restaurants, not to mention a tonne of culture.

      Finally, you will also find an EV charger at the property, so you can travel here by electric car without having to worry about range.

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
