      The property can accommodate up to as many as 30 people across 12 cosy bedrooms, four loft spots and five bathrooms, making it easy and comfortable to get the entire group together – whether that’s family, friends or colleagues – without compromising on comfort or privacy. And trust us – you won’t be in a hurry to get home again.

      Prepare to experience pure wellness magic in the exquisite pool area which also has a counter-current system so both water lovers and fitness fanatics alike can enjoy every wave. The pampering can then continue outside in the spa area which has a hot tub, sauna and lounge furniture which is just made for stargazing and quiet moments with a glass of wine in hand.

      The large XL kitchen is the perfect gathering place for food lovers with enough room for budding chefs to cook side by side. There is also a built-in wine fridge in the kitchen, so you can always perfectly control the temperature – whether you’re chilling champagne for brunch or a bottle of wine to go with dinner. The room transitions seamlessly into the living space where the long dining table provides the perfect setting for cosy conversations, laughter and sensational dinners.

      And when energy levels are running high, you can head to the activity room and enjoy hours of competition playing shuffleboard, billiards, table football, table tennis and darts.       There is also a shared playground and multi-purpose court for free use. The playground is equipped with a section for the youngest children, as well as a large climbing frame for a wide age group, with a slide that invites role-play and motorised play. In addition, swings, a merry-go-round and other play equipment will be installed, giving the whole family the opportunity to play and move in a safe environment. Next to the playground is a multi-purpose pitch with an artificial turf surface that can be used for various types of ball games such as football and basketball.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
