As soon as you step into the living area, you’ll notice the bright and open atmosphere. The large windows in the living room and kitchen-diner let in plenty of daylight and offer lovely views of the garden. The kitchen is open-plan with the dining area and living room, so you can gather round for cooking, board games or a good film on the sofa. There is plenty of space for everyone to join in without it feeling cramped.

The house has six bedrooms: two with double beds, two with twin beds and two with bunk beds. The layout makes it easy to separate children and adults, so everyone gets a good night’s sleep after the day’s adventures. There are also two bathrooms, making morning routines easy and convenient – even when there are lots of you.

Outside, a lovely garden awaits with plenty of space for both relaxation and play. The large wooden terrace is perfect for long summer evenings with barbecues (both gas and charcoal barbecues) and cosy dinners under the open sky. What time can we arrive at the house?

The house will be at your disposal from 15:00 on your day of arrival. It is not normally possible to access the house earlier than that.

What time do we need to vacate the house by?

The house is at your disposal until 10:00 on your day of departure (or 11:00 if you are departing on a Sunday). A later departure than that is not usually possible.

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.
