The activity room will quickly become a favourite gathering place for children and adults alike. Challenge each other to a game of pool, table tennis, shuffleboard, table football or darts, or compete on the house's PlayStation 5. The bar area creates a cosy atmosphere and invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings filled with laughter and shared experiences.

In the holiday home's pool area, the whole family can enjoy fun water activities all year round. When it is time to unwind, the outdoor wellness area awaits with an outdoor hot tub, sauna, cold plunge tub and outdoor shower. Here, you can alternate between hot and cold experiences and enjoy your holiday in peaceful surroundings.

The spacious, open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The well-equipped XL kitchen makes preparing meals easy, even for larger groups, while the long dining table invites everyone to gather for shared meals and cosy moments. In the lounge, the wood-burning stove adds an extra touch of holiday atmosphere on cooler days.

The holiday home has seven bedrooms, one of which is furnished as a family room with a double bed and bunk bed, as well as three bathrooms. In addition, there are four sleeping spaces across two lofts, which are best suited for children.

Outside, a lovely terrace awaits with garden furniture, a barbecue and patio heaters, allowing you to extend those cosy evenings outdoors. Children can have fun in the garden with a trampoline, play tower, swing and sandpit, while the adults enjoy spending time outside. There is also an electric vehicle charging station with a Type 2 connector.

Kramnitze is a charming holiday destination on the south coast of Lolland, known for its lovely beach and relaxed holiday atmosphere. Just a 15-minute drive from the house is Lalandia in Rødby, where you will also find MiMo Padel. You can also take a trip to Knuthenborg Safari Park or explore the charming town of Maribo.
