After an action-packed day of activities, you can unwind in the comfy lounge area by the wood-burning stove and enjoy the atmosphere. The heart of this home is its inviting living space where you can gather around the dining table and play a game together, all while the chefs in your group whip up marvels in the adjacent and well-equipped kitchen.

      The home has five bedrooms in total as well as a loft that sleeps four (a sure-fire hit with the kids) and two bathrooms – so there is plenty of space for the whole family or large groups of friends.

      The indoor pool with Roman steps is a natural draw for water lovers of all stripes, plus it even features a counter-current system for those of you who like to make every dip a workout session.

      Outside you will find an exquisite outdoor whirlpool, a warm outdoor sauna and an outdoor shower with screen – pure wellness for both body and soul! Enjoy summer evenings with a barbecue while the kids romp around in the large garden with in-ground trampoline or play on the play tower with sandbox, swings and slide.

      The holiday home is located in the charming area of Kramnitze on Lolland – close to nature, beaches and beautiful coastal environments which seem just made for strolling and sunbathing. The local area is also home to attractions such as Knuthenborg Safari Park and popular holiday park Lalandia where you will find a wealth of activities for all the family to enjoy, both in and out of the water.

      How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

      Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

      Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

      Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

      It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

      Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

      Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

      Do we need to bring our own games for the PlayStation?

      Absolutely! You need to bring your own games for the PlayStation games console.

      Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

      Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

      Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

      Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

      Will the pool be warm upon arrival?

      Absolutely! The pool is always heated to between 26-29 degrees and ready for use upon arrival.
