Large summer house for up to 24 people on Møn

This is a large and spacious holiday home with room for up to as many as 24 people. The house is architect-designed and built by Skanlux and it is located in beautiful surroundings on the lovely island of Møn. Møn is a superb destination for a holiday in Denmark and this summer house has everything you need to holiday together under one roof. The house makes a great base for your holiday on Møn where you can take a day trip to the white chalk cliffs of Møns Klints or travel back in time at the GeoCenter Møns Klint.

At the heart of the house is a large and spacious open-plan living space with an XL kitchen, sofa area, wood-burning stove and long dining table. The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, a large cooker, two ovens, two sinks, two fridges and a freezer.

In the right-hand wing of the house you will find the ultimate space for water lovers of all ages. The 20 m2 swimming pool is a great place to splash around and practise swimming against the counter-current system. Plus there is a water slide and Roman steps for easy access to the pool. The whirlpool in the corner is the perfect place to relax and enjoy life, and the same goes for the inviting sauna.

Or if you prefer being out in the open, there is a wood-fired hot tub out on the terrace. A great place to warm up right through as you enjoy the gorgeous view on offer outside. The left-hand wing of the house is home to a large activity room. Billiards, table tennis and table football are all on offer. Plus there is also a bar with bar stools and a fridge. Not to mention an extra sofa area with a TV and PlayStation 4.

The house sleeps 24 people in total across nine double bedrooms divided across three sleeping quarters each with their own bathroom. This makes it easy to allocate rooms based on bed time or family connections. There are four bathrooms in total across the pool house. The property also has two lofts with access from the activity room where the remaining six guests can sleep.

The tiled terrace can be accessed both from the kitchen/living space and from the activity room. It is the perfect place to enjoy the Danish summer and have a barbecue.

Or if the weather shows its capricious side, you can still enjoy the outdoors from under the canopy. There is a swing and sandbox in the garden for the youngest among you.

Frequently asked questions about this type of holiday home

How is electricity, water and heating consumption billed?

Consumption is calculated based on the meter reading on arrival/departure. You can always see the current consumption price for your stay via the tenant login that you receive when you have rented a holiday home.

If you need an estimate for a stay before you book your holiday home, our booking team is always ready to help you. As long as you know how big a holiday home you plan to rent, when you want to go and how many guests you will have, we can give you a price estimate for your consumption.

Renting a VillaVilla holiday home should be safe for you. Over 90% of VillaVilla holiday homes are equipped with a Vølund heat pump, which delivers around 3.5-5 times as much heat energy as it uses in electrical energy. This means that compared to a holiday in a similar holiday home with, for example, electric radiators, you will not experience nearly the same increase in price if energy prices rise. For houses with air-to-water heat pumps and ground-source heating, the cost of heating is included in the electricity charge.

Do I need to bring my own towels and linen?

It is possible to purchase a linen package with linen and two towels (one large and one small) for DKK 135 each. Alternatively, bring your own.

Do you have to bring your own wood for the wood burnin stove?

Yes, wood for the stove must be brought, but can often be bought locally in small portions.

Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

Absolutely! There is always a minimum of 1 cot and 1 high chair in our houses - please note that you will need to bring a mattress.

Are there duvets and pillows in the cottage?

Absolutely! Duvets and pillows are always provided for the number of people the house allows. However, you must bring your own duvets and pillows for children's beds.

Will the pool be warm upon arrival?
